Target's new designer collaboration for 2013, is Prabal Gurung. MIND BLOWING beauty. I am so in love with the bright colors, the cut of the fabrics and the PRICES!!!!
...but who is Prabal Gurung? Gurung has worked with Cynthia Rowley design team and Bill Blass over the past 7 years until 2009, when he launched his own collection, Prabal Gurung. His collections are electric and glamorous. A real head turner. It would be hard to forget someone if they showed up wearing one of his pieces.
I'll be buying this entire outfit!!
